How the hell they do it?

the tag with additional characters outside the brackets?

example:

Shouldn't be to hard to do it... Just make the tag you want and use the bracket character then any additional characters after it then when your done just use alot of spaces or #N till you think the last character would be off the screen which would be the bracket the game put on when you make a tag.
