help with mkultra v10

wen i press the buttons it wnt come up it keeps saying press home twice and + and - at the same time
can anyone help me?

disable all your other prx's

if that doesnt work then redownload mkultra from a different source

if that doesnt work then your cfw is probably old an you need to update it
