Looks like a text mod.
If they work, only you will see the modded messages because messages on players' psp are loaded from their game, from a language file in the ISO (file: RUN/XXXX.ZDB if i remember well) or UMD.
more simply put
put codes in your DB and got to one and hit tri.
then edit the *'s with whatever numbers make the message you want on the right

most these codes though you have to use the function copier and activation codes
Theres a code to vote people bitchs, but idk, i do know that i have had someone else say they can see it. You can also edit the bitch part to what ever.
