I loved the Arbiter Levels. Why do people hate it?

It's an insult to people who played and were fans of master chief, that being said I also loved the arbiter levels, many others also said the arbiter was way to 2-D in character as he was simply the fallen hero type searching for redemption

Brutes were retarded. I throw a grenade at a Brute Captains feet and he flew mile straight up in the sky.

Brute AI was pretty bad... drones are a different story they come in one of two styles either damn it stop flying away coward and let me kill you or cluster-fuck oh shit they're gonna rape me with numbers
