something simple an cool i thought of makin in a VB
just enter your text in an hit the speak button an it says what you type i will play around with this more cuz i wanna fix/add more to it but heres this version for now

Thanks BK. like you said simple but cool. Any chance in later versions you could have different voice styles and maybe female too?. Idk just some suggestions.
Someone posted the VB code for this already. GJ giving it a GUI , none the less! ;) I was going to do it myself but I got distracted.

Start -> Control Panel -> Speech
Cool program but ^ is way easier.
