online system update for ftb3 help thank you

If im am running 5.50 gen d3 and i got a patch for ftb3 and i go online and its says needs system update what do i need to do? i have used a cso and put the new patch in and everything idk cause i have the reald forty dallar game and so idk but i just want to post this and see if anybody could help me by this post also it say the same exact thing for PSN STORE but weird thing is i can only log in and not search the PSN STORE so thank you everybody.

If you login to the psn fw check an it says you gotta update just go to ur internet browser an delete ur cookies an chace
