Does anyone know what computer program/language is used to creates ipod apps.
For example what program did they use to make doodlejump?

Need a mac or need to buy dragonfiresdk if you got windows

You need an intel based mac and xCode.

All iPhone apps (with the exception of those made with adobe's new POS and that mono thing) are made using Objective-C, which is easily one of the best languages out there
