Yes you can. But you need a ftb3 entitlement code either buy the Game UMD or buy the entitlement off the PSN store for $20.

Steps to playing online with UMD:
---------------------------------
Step 1, Copy one of the tactics.prx's from either North America or
Europe folders into the SocomLoader folder
Step 2, Copy the SocomLoader folder into /psp/game/
Step 3, Copy the psnabler UCUS-98716.bin file from the "UMD" directory into
your /seplugins/psnabler/ folder on your memory stick.
Step 4, Launch the umd by using the "socomloader" homebrew from your games
category. (used for umd mode only).

Steps to playing with a CSO / ISO:

Use the CSO provided
, Copy the psnabler patch from the CSO ISO FOLDER into /seplugins/psnabler/

Tips for using psnabler:

There are different versions of the ftb3 patch, the reason is because the memory
shifts when you are using the loader so a 2ndary "UMD" patch had to be made, it is
alot easier to use the umd launcher program.
I bought the game in the psn store so I have code n all..thx for info!
