Need help hacking ftb2.

Hey guys, Well i need help hacking ftb2. It would be easy if some ppl could answer these questions and maybe i can hack. And its kinda nooby lol.

1)What are the risk(s) of opening my pandora battery.

2) How do I format my memory stick to magic memory stick.

3) Will i lose all my saved crap when i format my memory stick.

4) What do I do when finish both pandorizing my battery and formating my stick.

5)Is going through all that trouble really worth it?

1. if you do it right, none if you do it wrong, your battery will go poof!
2. search
3. no duh you lose it, that's why they call it formating, create a backup before hand
4. stick the suckers in there
5. fuck yes it's worth it
6. it isn't hacking, it's moding, you are modifying the game to make it do what you want

Well when i format my memory stick do i have to create a backup file on my computer, or get another memory stick?

doesn't matter, if you use the same one, before you format make a folder on your computer called "MY mms backup" or whatever you want, then just drag all the folders over to that folder, have your psp format the mms, then run the magic mms installer tool

Hacking FTB2 in particular is not worth it. Having Custom Firmware is worth it.

moding ftb2

This is what ive done so far.

1)Pandorized my battery

lol it took a long time cuz i didnt really work on it.

Another set of questions

1) I forgot to save all my crap on my computer so am i screwed?

2) I have vista and i heard you cant format memory stick with vista. So am i screwed on that too?

3)what software do i use to format it.

4) tell me all the steps.

AutoRun makes the magic ms and can be used on vista

Auto run has 4 steps between 3-4 trun off psp pull out ms thin put it back in

turn on psp and go to step 4 finish that now you have you magic ms

use your Pandor battery and magic ms follow what the on screen says

turn on psp in Recovery mode (hold R while turning on psp)

Got to Advanced> Format flash1 and reset setting> back>Exit>done

your psp has 3.17 m33-2

now go to google find the update you want

your done i hope this works for you

Use this file extract this from your computer and paste PSP-tools-v8 to your PSP-GAME and run it use this to format your magic memory stick but once you format your memory stick everything will be lost and make magic memory stick and to PANDORIZED your battery but you can convert the battery back to nomal again it's safe it woks with WINDOWS VISTA ...:wink:

Now take all five official firmware from this site paste it to the ROOT of your memory stick where music,video,seplugins etc.....just paste it there from OFW 3.71, 3.80, 3.90, 4.01, and 5.00 all OFW then you can downgrade or uprade your PSP safe and try to use 1 gigabytes memory stick
