I did these on my Linux computer, and used gimp 2.4. I did the renders my self and add some stuff to them, but you guys are the judge. Tell me what i should do and yes I know how its linux.

Meh, not bad, if you spent more time they would come out a little better, the first one (in my opinion) sucks, the second one is pretty nice. Why don't you apply for GFX?

Well, I wouldn't. How much experience have you had? and i recommend you getting some sort of photoshop, bcuz he has jobs that require psd's.
