border sucks nice sig but need works! KIU

do you mind telling me what needs work besides the border, and how to improve the border.

Maybe improve the background.Too much blue.

umm to make border better just leave then normal or take a line tool and add lines through the borders and there to much blue and the render does not go with the sig

dont use a border and I think the background is great! I think you should change the hue on MasterChief to a deeper blue (dont change the orange visor though)

take a line tool and set it to 10 o 5 and add it to the sig sides
up,down,left,right
