How to Change XP start button hover text.

I never even knew there was hover text on the start button, im always on classic though.

I never new you could change it.
Is there a way for sucky windows vista?

Does vista even have text on the start menu? I thought it was just a Circle with the windows sign on it.

Vista OS doesn't say anything. Its only the circle with the Windows symbol.

Yea thats what i thought it was. My grandma has it but no one else I know. Im stickin with XP I love XP, Vista sucks in my opinion. New OS, new bugs, new security flaws.

Exactly. XP rocks. I'm gana start using Ubuntu though. I just got my disk in the mail.
The only good Vista copies were the BETA releases to certain people. Those people are lucky. These "so called finished" copies of Vista suck balls. The "so called unfinished BETA" copies were the best.
