1. update itunes
2. charge ipod
3. use different USB cable
4. ???

It's not itunes, it's the PC, I plug it in and says cannot recognize The Device, I'll try charging it.
that happened to my mp3 player before*i ended up getting a new one*
if the bat is really low,it might not be able to connect,like BB said

No, it just says.. Could not recognize USB device.
That means the USB Port is transmitting but the device isn't recognized, look on google see if you need to download drivers.Quote:
