uh, yea, the PSP does, the router assigns the PSP an internal IP address (normally 192.168.*.* or 10.0.*.*) then the external IP (the ones people on teh internetz see) is used to communicate to the servers

Its not the IP, its the mac address and the code just lets you see anyones mac in the lobby.
