Socom ftb2 Name change (Other persons name)

Hey everyone, well this guy today came into my game which i had made witht he exact same name and tag..
well...obviously most of you will say... it's a imposter...
well i agreee 100% but how could he have done it that fast?

I was wondering if theres some sort of code to change peoples names and change your name to others..
I have seen this done, but not sure what this "Code" or "Hack" is.

i did, than i went to turn on my game with ISO because i got the UMD AND ISO LOL..
and so i used ISO and it didnt even load (GAME)

NeverMInd it was just that in game.txt instead of the NameJack.prx 0
i had a 1
