From what I heard (I know some people in the gaming industry, activision has an office a few miles from me) and from what they were told the psp go is probably THE PSP2, it's not LIKE the psp2, it IS the psp2. Sony will just be releasing a HUGE software update that "turns" it into the psp2, since it WILL BE a PSP for a little while, then the "PSP2" will be released and they will release a software update for the go.
REMEMBER THIS IS JUST A RUMOR!!!
