lmfao, your boss was setting a bad example.

work on flow,text,depth,lighting and blending,overall your backround,use some c4ds,or some smudging,dont just use filters unless your making a photo manip.

I think you should focus on adding effects more than modifying the cars color. Like try and put some flames on the car maybe. Or pimp out the background, make the car look like its in a real scene in the city.
