If your trying to copy it.
Do this.
Center Render
Use a background that has something to do with the render.
Learn to use scatter when brushing or smudging.
Don't make bevel to strong. It looks crappy when you do.
Use a solid border. I recommend select all( ctrl + a) then stroke.

somewhat uses the same techniques as my sig. But I didn't use desaturated because the colors where already dull.
