Your browser is showing the script html ( I think its html Lol) Try using another browser like IE8.

Shows the same thing for me, Im using FireFox.

And thats not HTML its JavaScript and AJax I think, Its ether one.

I'm just a little ol' admin with a custom user title saying "Owner" on it. I got barely any rights except for user editor and IP banning.

And it started working when I reset my computer.
