Getting around Site blockers.

This works on all site blockers. Jk.. wouldn't that be great? This will work on all except content blockers. Even if you think the blocker is a content blocker you should atleast try it. And there are 2 ways to do this.


For the first way all you need to do is get the IP of the website. You can do that here.

I'll work on the second way when I can... I think my binary is off, but the method is correct. As for now, I have 500 points of a geography project to do.

The second way is to convert each part of the IP to binary. If you don't know how to convert our #s to binary go here. Put the sets of #s together and you should have a long code. Convert the code back to regular #s and you're done.



EXAMPLE for way 2.

Myspace.com
216.178.39.16

216=11011000
178=10110010
39=100111
16=10000

110110001011001010011110000
110110001011001010011110000=113612016
http://113612016

There is technically a 3rd way... using proxies. Supported by most websites you can add an "s" after "http"... so like: https://proxy.com

They can block secure websites. If they notice them passing through the filters they can.

Same here, stupid freshmen and their myspace... They need to learn to use their own computer.

Hmn. We use VTunnel at our school. (I'm in highschool, btw. Sophomore class). And we also use HTTPS and we've figured out other ways to unblock. I have a bud, Alex, who has all sorts of ways to get around all sorts of blocks -- resetting the school IP address being one.

HERE'S A HELPFUL TIP:
I haven't DONE this, but I heard it will work.
To get around the blocks (supposedly):

At our school, it blocks American English.
Easy fix: Either change to UK English, or another language (one you understand, perhaps) on the computer settings. :-D

I always just use proxys, they are so easy to use.

At my school they have Websense and it sucks. Luckally PSP Discussions.com is not blocked at my school. I would be so pissed if it was.

PSPDISC IS AT MINE... lol caps. I set up a proxy on my site, which I can get to from school so I can get to pspd. And who bumped this?

I usually use command prompt then I ping the website and use that.

It's pretty simple. My school blocked like all the proxys I know and I think I've tried like 300+ of em lol.

American English?... why would it block that and i thought all English was English o.O

Changing the language would not unblock it best way just find a proxy ;)
