How to log into your PSN on 5.50 GEN D3

Today I will show you how to Sign in using this easy tutorial 100% created by me.

~I recommend you start at 5.00M33 for this tutorial~

1. Install Custom firmware 5.50 GEN GEN D2. (This is a workable PSN firmware)
2. Once finished, sign into your PSN from your XMB. (Can't log in but just sign into it)
3. Access your Recovery Mode (Power on while holding R Trigger)
4. Go to advanced and toggle Flash 1. (USB Hooked up to PC to PSP)
5. Inside your flash 1, their should be a file called registry, this is where your PSN data is saved on your psp, copy this and put it on your desktop.
6. Install your 5.50 GEN D3. (I recommend GEN D3 Final Build)

At this point, if you go to the PSN tab on your PSP's XMB your account settings will be erased, so if you try to log in and get them again you will get and Error 20001, and it won't let you sign in again. Lets fix this shall we, he is where the registry folder comes in.

7. Reboot your PSP in recovery mode.
8. Toggle flash 1 in the Advanced section.
9. Delete the registry file in your flash 1 and replace it with the one on your desktop.
10. Reboot your PSP.

Now if you go to the PSN tab on your PSP's XMB you will be signed in automatically! Thus now you can play all your PSP Online games that support PSN.

The Big Plus: Be on a (In my opinion) more stable Custom firmware and get passed this nasty bug in PSP Gens CFW.

How much easier can it be? No that is the only way at the moment. Back up your shit before you do it then.

You can update straight to D3. You dont need to go D, D2, D3. Just saying you can skip two of your downloads.

not really u have to have gen d to got to d2 and you need d2 for this fucking tut read before u post nubz0r
