when u begin prestige mode it says that all the challenges and weapons u unlock have to be reset. Does the same thing happen when u begin the 2nd prestige mode? 3rd?....10th?

Yes it will reset each time, its just so players do not get bored so they take the challenge of resetting their weapons and perks and getting a new icon for their rank. They did this in COD4 also.
