Yes, to get the controller address do this.
Make sure you have nitepr set to pause game=true then;
Hold down a button like [] and open nitepr.
Do a search
When the search is finished close nitepr and hold another button like X
Open nitepr and search for different
Repeat until you get to the controller address!

Alright here are two ways:
(NOTE: In both ways you will have to open your cheat device when holding the button and you must have pause game true on)
Way one: For games that have normal values
Values:
Select button = 0001
Start button = 0008
Up D-Pad button = 0010
Right D-Pad button = 0020
Down D-Pad button = 0040
Left D-Pad button = 0080
Left trigger = 0100
Right trigger = 0200
Triangle button = 1000
Circle button = 2000
Cross button = 4000
Square button = 8000
Set pause game to true and then hold the button you want.
Search the value for the button you want. Then change buttons and search again. Keep doing this until you find one address that has a changing value (The value = button value of what you are pressing) That is your controller address.
Way two: For games with a controller address for each button (MGSPW, SWRS, SWES ect.)
Set pause game to true.
Hold the button you want to find the controller address for.
Search 2=Greater
Why 2=Greater?
Because when we are not pressing a button the controller address = 0 So when we are pressing it the value will be greater than 0.
Now let go of the button and search 0 in exact value.
Press it and search 2=Greater again
I think you get it.
