change the hz to 15

Hey Johny. Just one problem mate, This cheat doesn't work for me, when it;s activated, I can still get killed and my death counts. I;m settings it to 15/1000 HZ but it still isn't working. Could you please help me, It's very much appreciated. Thanks you :)
