Psp help plz!!!!!

Hello ok i got ban on ftb2 and then i put my pandora battery in and i changed my mac address and region of te psp and now my playstation store is messed up i have 6.35 OFW and i get a error when i try to acctivate or download something i was using hellcats recovery flash thing and i saw it said restore PSN Store activatiom when i click on it it says Theres no backups to restore from! can any1 help me out i cnnt use my add-ons or anything.i get a error (80109D24) ca so,e play help me out
