For the european version of SOCOM ftb2 I am guessing that the steps are the same but I think you will have to use a different controller address.

So I got a controller address from the US version (I didn't find this) and I ported it:

09b6d024 (+ the data, which should be the same as for US)

So far, I have seen that the safe hooks for US dont need ported so you use those the same.
