Just because u want a game on a certain system doesn't mean that they'll do anything about it. Stranger things have happened though... listen if u get like 50,000 or more doesn’t mean anything.
1st: u'd need to convince the 1st party (Nintendo, Sony, ect.) to buy rights. Unless one company has rights and won't sell i.e.: Microsoft-Halo or Gears, Nintendo-Mario, Zelda, ECT. Sony- ummmm yeah... "Game whores"
2nd: bribe, yeah, bribe the 3rd party developers to sell rights
3rd: find the money to produce said games, most likely by advertising it for a year while it's already done.
4th: convince or threaten people into buying the game.
U should give up, oh around step 3 some else picks up the slack. Unless it gets shot down. Right, good luck with that.
