download the PSX rom of your choosing. open the Popstation, go into the downloaded PSX rom folder, click on the IMG. convert.
this was a pretty quick explanation, so I doubt if you understand. just send me a comment if you need help and I'll provide a better explanation.

If you mean like for free then idk, but just install the GEN and use the PS store and you can get whatever you want, some people claim you can download anything for free using exploits for the PSP/PS3 but I know there is sumthing like that for the iTouch/phone!
