what is the best cheat device?

hey guys when i get a hacked PSP i was going to put CWcheat on it...but i thought i would get yall opinion on that...So my question is what is the best cheat device...

I personally didn't like CWCheat.It's pretty complicated,and no one usually posts codes for it,which means you would have to convert all the codes you want.

oh ok...i liked it though because i went to there website and all of there stuff was all on the same site(codes,devices,updates,etc.).
