Code:

Text: Any text you would like in it. 
Size: What size you want it to be.
Theme: What do you want it to be about? Socom? PSP? Your favorite TV show?
Resources: If you want a specific font, render, stock etc put it here.
Other: Anything else you would like to add.

a cell wallpaper is like the size of a avatar lol,but thats an LP,sigs have a max size of like 450x200,thats still kinda big
