your render positioning is way of, try keeping it somewhere close to the center but not
smack in the middle. effects are meant to enhances your focal so there is no point placing them away from it. another thing that will help your focals is flow make sure your effect dont go in random locations. what i started doing when i started was make small sigs, there where much easier to fill.

Position your render slight of to the side of the center,but not center it,and keep your effects reletively near your render,you want them to look at only parts of the sig,take a rende rin the left corner and a c4d in the right will keep throwing their eyes off,and the text is too blury and too big*imo*,make it no more the prolly 30px sized,and dont blur it
