Seriously people. Instead of saying "you need work" "looks like a car accident" why don't you tell him what he should work on. What he should add/delete. Help him out. Imagine, when you made your first sig was it good? Like was it a 9/10? Highly doubt it. Yall need to lighten up, and quit being so pessimistic, or do you not k ow what that means?
