Are you having problems connecting to your own server, or all of them? Because you have to forward the right ports and all that fun stuff to run your own server...but if you can't connect to any server, I don't know...
(I didn't expect that update to fix your problem, I was just letting everyone know there is an updated CSPSP...it's probably a wifi related problem, but I could be wrong...)
