How to connect to Console Discussions IRC Chat with mIRC

Either AB Didn't set it or your not logging in before you join Console Discussions chat. You need to login and /ns identify your self before you join Console Discussions channel.

I have it set to auto log in, idk, I think it might be the bot because here's what it says every time I log in: Bot joined the chat room.
[4:02pm] Bot was promoted to administrator by Bot.
[4:02pm] Bot was promoted to operator by Bot.
