Actually since its just a float mod it won't freeze it will probably change something. As I said since theres 2 different values for the same address it will more than likely just change back and forth wich is why you have to have cheat hz. for it to actually make a difference. Seeing how this is tonics transformer mode address it will probably make the guns twitchy looking and some kind map mod in there making it look like a glitch. Thats my guess in what it does, but I don't really want to test just to find out.
