Hex you did the offset wrong:

0X9B84770 to 0X9C538F0

And the first address you had was this:

0x0138478C

So

9B84770 - 8800000 = 1384770

Now the first address - that result = are offset:

0138478C - 1384770 = 1C

So your result is:
