This is the concept I'm looking for, but can you make something in the background? Something that will catch anyone's attention when they glance at the monitor?

I was looking for a restaurant scene. Unfortunately I suffer from a disease that hampers my ability to find the kind of stock I am looking for.

EDIT: Forget the head thing, just enlarge the pictures of the characters and put a background.

Something like this will suffice:

I just want the hue of the characters to match the background and have the word "Working!!" blended in there. Make the color bright though, like a yellow, or even pink.
