Just use the code in a ranked room. Turn on the code when the game is almost over.

its easy go to a rank up room and turn on anti-35 and e19

Using a Rank Up without the Rank Down will only get you e10 at best, but im not helping anyone else rank up, because I want to keep my number 3 spot for now, thank you very much :D
