how to write symbols

first u got to get into a game or make ur own. then u press square and type in: #B & ur text should be gone. then type in whatever u want. now press triangle or hit enter. u wont see it until u exit out of the chat box. if u got it right, it should look like this: #II II. to make alot of symbols, fill the chat box with ^. then, backspace 1O times then type in: ë,Ö,ú etc. if u got it right, it should have a symbol under the ^'s
