I get this too in the afternoons. Here what I do. Instead of pressing the [] button for Fast Login, just do it the slow way by pressing X on Infrastructure. It solves the problem for me.

Yes i have bakonice 2.0 is that the cause?
turn off your psp, and in the recovery menu set your UMD Mode to M33 Driver, and you should be able to get online
