dats when you hav your anti-boot prx on just turn it off make room an when ur in the room turn it back on

Its the antiboot prx code. if u have it highlighted in ur db even when cheats arent activated it wont let u make da game. so just unhighlight it and then make ur room. And then ur free to turn it all on again
