hey war lord its me socomking. once you have even kills/deaths and even win/loss. then your rank will start to go up. but you have to be in those ranked games and get more kills than deaths and you have win the games.
try to get lots of kills and not that many deaths and win ranked games

You have to play a certain amount of games before you can pass the enlisted ranks.

i had the same problem..i found out that ur rank wont go up unless ur playin a game since the begining..like when green up...idk if thats true but it helps me out..my name is rstless and i have 156,783 kills and 0 deaths...and yes ima hacker..and i always have inf health on..
