Your mic CAN be cut with Cut mics code, if that's what smokin was referring to.

No once you start talking you cannot be cut with the cut mics code, try it and see.

There are no codes for the prx and yes add this line to game.txt

ms0:/seplugins/InfMic.prx

i tried it with my friend. i had it on and it was working. then i told him to try and cut me and he did. he uses the same one as me:
