Unable to retrieve universe list from the server

if its a server boot how come it not happenin a bunch of times & it happens 1 Day ever 2 Weeks

thats not a server boot they shut it down 1 day every 2 weeks so they can refresh the servers because they have more than one game on the same server thats y that happens
