Unable to retrieve universe list from the server

"Unable to retrieve universe list from the server"

Normally I get this message when i try to sign on right after a sever boot and eventually the servers are back up. It has been like this for three hours so i IM'ed someone to try and sign on and they had the same problem.

1 Anyone else get this "today" ?

2 Permanent server shutdown ??

3 New patch ???

4 Meanie repeatedly server booting

5 Shadow Element attacked zipper HQ ?????

that can also mean that ur ether 2 far away from ur router or that ur router sucks for signal

by nite it gets a little slower because not that many ppl get on so the server isnt working as hard 2 keep up

It could also be a static IP problem too, If someone else is using the same IP as you it could make that error..

Thats less likely though because the only way u would hav the same ip is if u were running 2 psp off the same router and if ur router isnt strong enough then it would just kick one of u off most likely the 2nd person 2 try 2 log on

I got the same message logging on last night.. And it can't be a router problem for me coz i've been playing SOCOM for a while now on the same router.. It can't be a signal problem also since i'm on the same room as the router..

If i'm not mistaken it's on zipper HQ's part.. Probably a patch that they're doing.. Who knows, but it's down..

its the company setting up the ftb3 servers or making a small update to ftb2
