Teleport Others

Does anyone know of a slot teleport code that I can use? Most preferably how the selective suicide/kill codes are operated. A lot of the times people want to go to the far off locations where I am and a PMN ladder can't do it so this would help a ton. I figured there must be a way if there is a teleport-knife code.

P.S. If there isn't a code, is it possible to make one using a variation of teleport-knife? I'm thinking a kind of revive variation where it tricks the game into killing and reviving the player where you are (maybe even skipping the killing step).
