For hacking...Hmmm...I turn mine on in game. You can technically turn MOST OF THEM on whenever. I turn on my infinite ammo before I spawn, so I have like some thousands of ammo. But I mean, during a game, you can just turn on more cheats while other cheats or on, or have everything off, load cheats, and turn everything on. Its really up to you.
