your stupid just turn on with anti boot/ban code and u will say in game and play normaly and you will fuckin rank up wen games over log off then log back on and do same thing so it wil get the win for u ther u have it stupid ass
seeing as how this is an E rank up code, you will be booted offline every time you look at your stats, so I recommend that no one use this code.

Lol. I don't play SOCOM anymore, but I used the E10 rank up code and I'm up to like rank 120 or something like that. This is probably the same as E10's effects though. You use it too much and then you get the 35 error. Just do the same as always. When you go to log back on...just corrupt your PSID. Not that hard. Only difference it looks like to me is that its an E13 rank up.
The Anti boot will protect you from gettin banned but it does not stop you from logging off... Well same exact thing that Prestige wrote.
