If you realy want a 'disable patch' code, you can use mine :

Delete your patch and turn on the code before to go online.
But it works 95%, I explain, you can't play online, that code disables the patch download but once the ROOMS list is displayed your PSP freezes.
I think so the server of SOCOM makes some verifications or maybe it's impossible to play without the new patch 1.60 ...
That one works too but makes freeze your psp too :

If a good hacker sees that thread, I think so he can try to perfect the first code to disable the freeze but I think so that code can't be more perfect ...

These two codes work very well.
The patch download is disabled but the game freezes after (not because of the code) ...
