More safe weapon mods

again, nothing major here..
this is for the snipers and shotguns and the crossbow.
what ive done here was kill the recoil, kill the reload(especially in bolt snipers)
so you dont have that annoying reload animation.
iv also added/modded demonspawns inf. ammo(this is only beaceause the original code skipped a few snipers) so you get more in your clip.
